Breezy Systems Solutions runs this site. This page says what it collects and what happens to it.

What we collect

This site has no form of its own. The questionnaire on the Assessment page is a Tally form, so what you type there goes to Tally, which keeps it on servers in the European Union and emails it to us. We use your answers to reply to you and for nothing else. Visits to the site are counted, as set out below.

How visits are counted

Each page you open sends a short report to analytics.bryz.ca, an address on this site's own domain. It says which page you opened, the page you came from, the time, any link you followed off the site, and the kind of device and browser you use. Your IP address is used at that moment to look up your city and, where the network belongs to an organization, that organization's name. It is shortened before anything is stored. The reports are kept on a server Breezy owns, in British Columbia, and only Breezy can read them. Detailed visit records are kept for 24 months, and monthly totals after that. The measurement never receives what you type into a form, and it is not used to identify individual people.

Cookies

In most places, including Canada outside Quebec and the United States, the measurement sets two cookies on this site: _pk_id, which recognizes a returning browser for 13 months, and _pk_ses, which groups the pages of one visit for 30 minutes. A third, _pk_ref, remembers for 6 months which site first sent you here.

In the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec, or when we cannot tell where you are, the site asks first and sets none of them unless you accept. To know whether to ask, your browser checks with analytics.bryz.ca once per visit. Your address is looked up at that moment and not kept. A browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a no.

Your choice is kept in your browser's storage, not in a cookie. Only this site's measurement reads these cookies, and they are never shared or used for advertising. You can change your choice at any time:

Who else is involved

This site and its measurement reach you through Cloudflare, a network provider. The search box loads its code from jsDelivr, a public code-delivery network, when a page opens. The Assessment page loads Tally's form, and booking a call takes you to cal.com, a scheduling service. Nothing about that booking reaches this site. Their own terms apply on their pages: Tally's privacy notice and cal.com's privacy policy.
